Dragonfly Energy is seeking a Technical Sales Associate to work in Reno, Nevada.

Dragonfly Energy is an industry leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer based in Reno, NV, and we are looking for hardworking Technical Sales Associates to join our team. This position will work alongside the Sales Team and provide product support to our customers via phone, email and in-person appointments.

As a Technical Sales Associate, you will gain valuable knowledge about our lithium-ion batteries and help our customers troubleshoot DC systems, right-size systems for specific projects and process product orders.

Shift is Mon-Fri, Some Weekends Required

Reliable Transportation is required

Some experience with batteries, solar systems or car audio systems preferred, but not required. We can train the right person.

If you want to be successful on our team, you will need to be a dedicated team member and focused on learning the products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Good attitude is a must
Be teachable – working knowledge of our products will be critical for success in this position!
Provide accurate technical information to the customer
Be able to manage a large volume of emails that require daily follow up
Verify and confirm customer order information to ensure the customers’ experience is excellent
Work with internal team members to leverage knowledge of the team to help the customer with technical issues
Make follow up calls to all email and voicemail inquiries to ensure the customer experience is the best it can be.
May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Prior customer service and technical support experience (via phone preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Display high level of professionalism while interacting with internal/external customers through email, phone and face-to-face communication
Working knowledge of MS Office, telephone systems and desktop computer
Strong attention to detail
Focus on punctuality and attendance
Dedication to delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
