Karkadan Soleos, LDA is seeking a full -time Project Installer to work in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Project Management:

– Plan and execute installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

– Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

2.   Team Leadership:

– Supervise and mentor a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed.

– Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal use of resources and skills.

3.   Installation and Technical Expertise:

– Perform complex installations, modifications, and repairs as required.

– Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring high-quality and efficient project completion.

4.   Quality Assurance:

– Conduct regular inspections to ensure installations meet company standards and client specifications.

– Implement quality control measures and procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

5.   Safety and Compliance:

– Ensure all installation activities comply with company safety policies and relevant regulations.

– Conduct safety briefings and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.

6.   Documentation and Reporting:

– Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and project documentation.

– Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on project status and any issues encountered.

7.   Client Interaction:

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality installation services and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Education:   High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.

Experience:   Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in installation or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.

Skills:

Strong technical skills and knowledge of installation procedures and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities·

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for project management and reporting.

Certifications:   Relevant certifications in installation or related technical fields are a plus.

Physical Requirements:   Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Working Conditions:

This role may require travel to various project sites.

Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather conditions.

Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to meet project deadlines.
