• Understand client inputs and analyze eLearning requirements
• Create clear learning objectives and structured course outlines
• Develop storyboards and scripts for training modules
• Design and develop interactive courseware for customer training
• Ensure quality and accuracy of instructional materials, task analyses, and evaluation plans
• Contribute to all instructional design processes and projects
• Support different phases of course development
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication in English
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive approach
• Work on both technical and non-technical learning topics
