We are also looking for sales professionals, contractors, referral partners, and business partners who can connect homeowners with additional improvement solutions. By identifying multiple needs and addressing projects together, homeowners may have opportunities for bundling savings through available financing options.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Solar or home improvement sales experience preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Outside, door-to-door, referral, community, or virtual sales experience is a plus

• CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus

• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Comfortable working in a flexible, 1099 commission-based environment
